This fleet seeks only numbers. You get very little assistance from other fleet members, there is no voice chat of any kind, the children running it fail to realize the drastic time differences between Germany, US, and Australia. All fleet meetings occur at unreasonable times, making it near impossible to place input into anything. This is NOT an international fleet, more a German/EU fleet, so people from the US, Canada, UK, and Australia, don't bother with this fleet, there are far better ones with significant support for its members that are run by mature people who know what they are doing.

First of all, we are sorry that you've been disappointed of our fleet.

We are aware of the problems we had at the beginning of our fleet and working on it to solve them.
For example: Meanwhile we offer voice via Ventrilo. We now keep an eye on new players questions for offering them much better support, we have now much more veteran players too which are assisting the new players.
We have a increasing number of players past the 30's, like myself (41), so i think you would enjoy the fleet much better nowadays than before.

All members are welcome to talk to our Admirals if any problems occur, like the times of the meetings, you were talking about.

Our fleet philosophy is, that the fleet is living of the engagement of it's members!

All fleet members are invited to participate and make suggestions regarding the fleet, for further improvement.

You see, we are working hard to make the fleet a good home for all kinds of players all over the world

Whats funny is i dont recognize any of this.
If you want assistance you need to say so, never been a problem for me or my friends here.
we have voice chat and have had it for quite a while. fleet meeting is always at the same time every week and on same day.

How it was before i joined i do not know, but what you are saying is very different from todays reality.
