Not sure if anyone has hit Tier 3 yet but was after some info on the way that engineering provisions work.

What's the difference between Engineering Personal Requisition Provisions 1, 2, 3, etc?

Is it a case of needing level one for Advanced Ground Weapons and level three for Elite Ground Weapons or does each level simply provide you more requisition provisions so you can use level one on Elite Weapons as well?

I think its quantity to to be honest , that or they require different resources

So is there a requirement for the Elite ground items beyond requisitions and dilithium?

once you have the actual requisition tasks complete , to actually buy the items from the store you need to pay in fleet credits + dilithium
