Would it be possible to get the proper pips for the Diplomat uniform? The uniform is almost exactly the same as the TNG film dress uniforms and those use the round pips on the collar, rather than the 2409-style pips on the chest.

The colour pallete is also off a bit... The stripe going across the chest should be gold and not dictated by the colour of the piping around the collar as seen here:

Personally I hate the chest pips. I vote to move all pips to the collar or shoulder boards.

I once suggested (now lost to "Archived Post" ) that there could be a costume option for choosing your pip styles.
