Hello Internet
I was wondering wether it would be possible to have some info on what provisions help you get xyz. For example does Millatry buff ge you a starbase spinal phasr lance?I have asked many players in game who could not answer and I am still stuck. So maybe we can get this thread to help other sto people to undertsand it too. Thank you for any responces. B-)
Are you asking about which projects help you get which fleet provisions in the fleet store?
Check out my thread on Federation Starbase Progression (see my sig) and see if that answers the question.

The 4F's: Friendship, Freedom, Fun, and Fair-Play
Well not quite. If I want to buy spinal phaser lance or a buff , that isn't the standard (tier 0 sort) then I need provsions, which come from specific project, of which I can figure out for myself, but what provision serves what purpose, and this in't just for Millatry, what do Engineering or science provsiosn help you get.
Buff provisions are for buying 4-hour consumables that give you +1 through +10 boosts to skills in that division.
Operational Asset provisions are for buying special abilities you can use in starbase related missions. Some of these, like the spinal lance, invokes a special power for the starbase or your ship, others summon ships or NPCs to help defend the starbase.
Both of those come in different types for each division. The Operations Quartermaster sells buffs and assets sorted by which division they're for.
Fleet ship provisions are for any ships bought with fleet credit - either the fleet retrofits or just the standard tier 5 ones that don't take fleet modules.
Personal Requisitions are for equipment. Engineering ones are for weapons, armor, and engines. Science is for deflectors, shields, and hangars.
When you see things like Operational Asset: Science I or Operational Asset: Science III, those are just different levels of the assignment you get as your starbase progresses - higher levels cost more but give more provisions. For example, my fleet is making ships 7 at a time now instead of the 5 we started at.
My guide to starbases might help. I have some provisions lists along with which NPCs they affect. Its not 100% complete yet, but very close. It should be helpful.
attilio87, your guide lists Military buffs as 'coming soon', is that just the text for your page, or are these not operational in game yet. My KDF fleet says it has military buff provisions on the provision screen, but when I go to the quatermaster and try to purchase one it says none available.
Hi there
Sorry to be a pain but attilio87 , I couldn't get to your page for some wierd reason, I even tried getting there by typing in sto acedmy on google. Hevach, as much as I apreachate your effort I think people are misunderstanding the question, my bad. I know what a fleet spinal lance does. But exactly what provions are needed to get one
Thanks

Seems like they're SUPPOSED to be for buying those. But they aren't, at least for our fleet. Anyone else seeing this? Is that what "coming soon" on the aforementioned page is referring to?
