Does anybody know where one could find a complete list of the "mini-powers" that are found in exploration zones and who they are allied too? None of them actually sho up in the Star Trek show, but it's obvious that some are allied to the Federation and some to to the Klingons, and some to neither. I assume these are small space fleets assembled by Space-faring races on distant planets who want to maintain their own government but are freindly to either or neither of the large factions.

If anyone knows anymore about these races, please tell.
