First off, I apologize if this question has been answered elsewhere; if so, I couldn't it. So, my question is, how does a fleet earn the 1k Starbase Experience needed to get the actual starbase? We're a small fleet, but have been able to complete projects in each of the 3 sub-categories, but we've still got no clue as to how to build the base itself. Any help at all will be appreciated.
Don't worry, tis better to ask and not get an answer, than to not ask and not know.
First off, you must get up to 10,000 exp in military, science, or tactical, then you can perform an upgrade mission. You will gain Starbase Exp by completing an upgrade project in one of the three areas: Comm array for science, industrial fabricator for engineering, or shipyard for tactical.
At which point, once one of those is finished, you will have 1,000 starbase exp, to which you can begin on your tier 1 starbase.
