***Resolved Issues***
  • "Login failed for unknown reason" error
  • Missing additional character slot for current/ lapsed Gold Members
  • Slow patching in the launcher
  • A bug that involved Romulan Liberated Borg captains and their skills once they chose an ally

Where are people getting their Bridge Officer and Captain Ability information and statistics from these days? The Star Trek Online WIKI has outdated and simply bad information for what a good deal of Bridge Officer Abilities does; any help would be greatly appreciated.

Heck, even better would be a tool that shows what console and skill modifiers do to the Bridge Officer Abilities.

One thing to consider is not all attributes have diminishing returns. Sometimes they appear the opposite. For example, the listed proc damage for tetryon weapons is 242 @ 99 Flow Caps. I get 666.1 w/212 Flow Caps. The gain from 99-212 flow cap is nearly double that of 0-99 flow cap.
