Are these thing really OP?

Being able to 1 shot people regularly with full hull and shields.

I'm all for more threats than Energy Weapons being the clear, superior choice.

There still mines and still junk in pvp... outside of the odd silly 1 on 1 in kerrat with a noob that doesn't have his mine boxes turned on.

In PvE its a total face roll.... but hey I get my stfs done faster so all good.

yeah, you get 1 shot every 30 seconds, and if any AoE ability in game is active during the 5 seconds they take to activate, or the 5 seconds they use to travel, they're wasted.

And really, to get them to 1-shot anyone, you have to commit fully to them... sacrificing high ranking tac slots and all your tac consoles.

I'll grant this: They have a great potential, if you would ever come against a team of noobs that for some reason run without any AoE abilities.
