It's really hard to understand anything at the start, but it got much better after a few minutes.

Like the news of the new sector and more importance with classes.

Tired listening too it, but could barely understand anything. But I'll give it another try of it gets 'better.'



Edit: Things did clear up around the 6 minute mark, guess they moved the recorder closer to the person talking.
