The point of the core idea being for the Fleet is that this IS for the fleet.
The fact that you got lots of fleet marks without your fleet is the reason we think the system is broken lostmoony.

I can't speak for the Devs, of course, but there's a good reason for fleet marks being available the way they are.

In a small fleet (like the one I'm in, for example) you can't count on 5 players being online at the same time. In a one-person fleet, which is technically allowed, the most members you can count on being online is one -- unless they've got a bunch of PC's online at the same time.

the "core idea" i wrote about was refering to my own post on page 1...first post made by me. I meant my idea in this post was the "core idea" in my follow up postings. sorry for the confusion.
