unangbangkay, what I meant was the 3-piece Borg with the MACO shield. You still have the resist from the shield plus all the heals from the set. And being a TAC instead of a Sci. doesn't really mean i want the MACO deflector, I would like the shield heals because I use the Atrox as a tank.

if by "Don't forget to mention your Doffs" you mean listing the 5 doffs i have on duty then here you go:

Very Rare: 2x Energy Weapons Officer
Very Rare: 1x Space Warfare Specialist
Very Rare: 1x Shield Distribution Officer
Very Rare: 1x Maintenance Engineer

if you mean something else please advise.

also what would be the best Duty Officers to use with my setup?

thank you all for your help

Most of this thread is sound advice but i will offer you my knowledge and experience with a similar ship, I use an excelsior retrofit so not all of this will work for you, however I run:

Ship build

Weapons (Same both ends)
Quantum torpedo launcher Mk XII [CrtD] [CrtH] [Borg]
Polarised tetryon Beam array Mk XI
Phased tetryon Beam array Mk XI [Acc] [Dmg]
Tetryon Beam array Mk XII [Acc] [CrtH] [Borg]

Equipment
Deflector: M.A.C.O. Graviton Deflector Array MK XII
Engines: M.A.C.O. Impulse Engines Mk XII
Shields: M.A.C.O. Resilient Shield Array Mk XII

Power
Wep: 100/80
Shields: 90/70
Engines: 50/25
Aux: 40/25

Consoles

Engineering:
Monotanium Alloy Mk XI (Blue quality)
Neutronium Alloy Mk XI (Blue quality)
Neutronium Alloy Mk XI (Blue quality)
Assimilated Module

Science:
Field generator Mk XI (Blue quality)
Field generator Mk XI (Blue quality)

Tactical:
Tetryon pulse generator Mk XI (Blue quality)
Tetryon pulse generator Mk XI (Blue quality)
Tetryon pulse generator Mk XI (Blue quality)

Bridge officers
Tactical (Lt. CMDR): Tactical team I, High Yield Torpedo II, Beam Fire At Will III
Engineering (CMDR): Emergency Power To Weapons I, Reverse Shield Polarity I, Emergency Power To Shields III, Eject Warp Plasma III
Engineering (Lt.): Engineering Team I, Auxiliary Power To Structural Integrity Field I
Engineering (Ensign): Emergency Power To Auxiliary I
Science (Lt.) Science Team I, Jam Targeting Sensors II

Duty Officers
Active space: Projectile officer (Purple quality), Projectile officer (Blue quality), Matter-Anitmatter specialist (Green quality), Damage Control Engineer (Green quality), Technician (Green quality)

Having given you this I would advise you scrap the RCS consoles you have in favour of 1 armour console and put the borg console in the spare engineering slot (with 2/3 neutroniums you don't need a 4th armour) also to maximise the effectiveness of your beams (as any cruisers most used weapon) scrap the torp console but keep the torps for things that out-maneuver you.

Some of the bridge powers i have listed are debatable depending upon the strategy for the ship keep why I have for a primary tank with dipping torp or switch a few skills round to increase beam damage or increase general DPS or to make it more of a team support ship, I built mine for Soloing Borg negh'vars in CSE and for shield stripping however a few minor alterations can make it a team support vessel.

For a major Tank build or the one above try out the Aegis set, it was a brilliant set for both PvE and PvP so long as you look after your shields.
