If I acquire the fleet corsaid flight deck cruiser will I be able to use the tachyon drones on the VoQuv?
I know it would if it was purchased through the z-store but i'm not sure if its purchased via fleet system.
Can you please confirm?

You would need to Purchase the Corsair from the C-store/Z-store to get access to the Tachyon Drones, Fleet Ships don't get any of the special Consoles or Pets.
As ufpdodgers stated, you need the z-store versions to get the unique items.. this goes for all ships..
My only confusion about the ship is that on the stowiki site it list the ship as being able to mount DHC. I know the lower version cannot, so I'm inclined to believe it can't either. But, several Fleet versions have slight changes to the non Fleet ships. For example the Fleet Patrol Escort as a universal Lt while the non Fleet version does not. So its also quite possible that the Fleet Corsair can mount DHC, I haven't seen anyone with the ship yet to confirm.
