Nah, you missed the 52 pulse disruptor cannons and 27 torpedo launchers
I actually remembered that and thought about giving it 79 weapon slots, but you actually see less than 10 hardpoints in battle.
Plus the Ent-D's '12 phaser banks' and at least 2 torpedo launchers translate into 7 weapon slots in game. So I figured double the weapons of a Sov was sufficient to make the point of how stupid Bermega made the Scimitar.
To Target: .0001% chance of complete obliteration upon critical hit, damage to targets directly behind main target.
Firing Mode 2 (interdimensonally linked to black hole)
45 degree arc
Damage to target too much to calculate
To Targets: complete obliteration to the end of the current map from front of cannon (within firing arc) and will set respawn counters for all PC targets at 31,536,000 seconds
To Self: Firing in this mode will render the firing ship shieldless and with only 1 hullpoint as well as disabling impulse engine drive for 31,536,000 seconds. Player will be unable to change ships during that time.
*note: this weapon can only be equipped on the Megatron Class Klingon Dreadnaught
Invisible when worn.
0% knockdown resistance until HP is at half, then resistance is set at 100%.
Damage resistance increases as HP decreases, eventually reaching 100% immunity at 1hp.
Special ability: double-fist punch. 100% knockback and critical chance.
Special ability: 25% chance to turn female enemies into allies.
Creativity: Allows the character to fashion a weapon out of nearby natural resources. This weapon does 4,000 physical damage with 100% shield penetration. Extra effective against Gorn.
I'm surprised that nobody has posted this one yet:
Capable of one-shotting a Borg Sphere.
I was tempted to at the start, but I held off. It was the inspiriation for this thread though. I think it'd be fun, but it could one-shot ONLY Borg Spheres.
Borg wussifier: Both space and ground versions, re-usable device. Makes any Borg drone or ship lose all it's shields and half it's current health, along with making them unable to do anything than get killed easily, losing any 'strength' they had, for the sake of the plot.
Wow... a friend saw me reading my entry, the "Hull Mounted Fusion Cannon" and tells me it's not overpowered because of the drawbacks in using it. But I know it is... because oneshotting everything in front of you all the way to the end of the map is well worth the price in using it, right?
