"Login failed for unknown reason" error
Missing additional character slot for current/ lapsed Gold Members
Ive been offline for some time and when i go to log in im asked to provide an acctivation code that was sent to me via email. one problem, i forgot my email password and gmail wants very personal info on me. and to change my accounts email adress i need to confirm this throungh an email to my old email address!!! help please!
first: don't forget your password. if they want information from you to reset your password then you don't have a choice but the give it to them if you want the password reset. google doesn't ask 'very personal information' from anyone to reset passwords btw. I know, i've done it several times before.
in short, you need access to that account. nobody here can do anything about that or help you with it. you have to deal with google to gain access to your old account again
