Best: First time I ran breaking the planet, shortly into the head start. Ended up as part of a group of a dozen or so players slowly fighting our way across the map. Working in concert, rotating between taking point and rear guard, with the science officers in the middle and engineers bunkering us up when we had to make a stand against superior numbers.
KAGE, Cast: myself a Gorn Sci, a human tact with a brain, a human tact and human eng who were clueless, and a arrgoant klingon tact.
All is going a bit iffy (people being knocked on their butts quickly) but we got to the big room. After enduring about 3/4 aggroed patrols the good human tact disconnects
When the room is clear and i start at the shield room, the klingon tact didnt managed to lower the hp enough for me to extend, while the two humans ran about aimlessly. Klingon tact rage quits. 2humans leave out of boredom/confusion, good human tact returns.
He takes the shield room, I took the generator transformer things, took a few attmepts but we got it.
Boss room, we killed what-his-name, and half the borg, i got an unlucky critical then sprayed by heavy tactical drone and ko'd, human kills two of 5, then falls. I return to revieve and we finish the straggles off, and i got proto armor tech ^^!
CGE, cast: myself an orion female engineer, (i forget the other players)
A perfect run, no hassle and I got my proto weapon tech, then was asked to join the team for IGE and got my last optinal AND a shield tech! (start of my second mlxii set ! )
Too many to count of tactical captains running in like redshirts, or tactical captains in rainbow cruisers tickling the borg.
But an irritating worst, getting to Infected ground normal and a complete troll/moron of a tactical feddy walked into the boss room, and stood in the doorway. just stood there like a lemon -.-''''''
we got 5 Galaxy class ships (captains and up)
We cleared all waves with 3 mins left on the clock
AND we cleared the siege group with the starbase at 50%
This however was not down to me
this was down to Two people with photonic fleet and one with a LOT of Operational assets
Worst so far
got up to speed
Team consisting of
1 (german speaker) Tac in an escort that blew up every 20 seconds
1 (I think spanish speaker) eng in an actual class f shuttle
2 AFK types in Escorts
Me (1 Galaxy class at captain rank)
1. Me on my Sci in Intrepid, kitted out more or less for this mission since I do little other space work with the character.
2. Useful VA Engy in a Sov (or Regent, I didn't check)
3. Seemed like a decent player, but he was a Lt. C, so there was a limit to what he could do.
4. A VA in a Tuffli
5. An Commander in an Escort who didn't seem to contribute anything and went AWOL mid mission for a couple of minutes.
11 rescued, which isn't bad, execpt that nearly all of them were done by me and the guy in the Sov. Basically 3/5ths of the team contributed minimally or not at all.
Played the game for more than a year and a half, and never used the Report GM button before, but I screencapped Mr. Tuffli and reported. Probably won't do much good though.
But the best, had to be last week, in Starbase Fleet Defense. All four teams seemed to all be on the same wave length.
In Phase 1, it only took a couple of minutes for all freighter groups to warp out. Phase two, went really fast. Phase 3, all the facilities were, get this, at 100%! Phase 4, the front line enemies were pretty much gone, and the Science ships were all using Gravity Well to hold the rear enemies back. At the end of it, all freighters saved, all facilities secured, and the Starbase didn't take any very much damage (the damage that it did take, was healed). On top of all that I got 62 Fleet marks, for the trouble. Best match I ever had of any Action.
