I participated in one of the survey that offered free Zen yesterday and haven't gotten my reward. I passed the initial, small survey where they filter out weather or not you qualify and completed a normal, 10-15 mins survey (about cars/car purchases) afterwards. I haven't participated in this particular survey before.
The promised +75 Zen within 30 minutes, now it's 20+ hours later and I still haven't recieved the. This is not the first time something like this has happened.
Yup, I checked my wallet. The last transaction was on August 7th, when I recieved +42 Zen from sponsorpay, which I transferred to holodeck. Unfortunately nothing happened ever since and this is not the first time something like that has occurred.
If it stated you earned the Zen upon completion then the odds are it's just a bug. Submit a Support Ticket with all the pertinent information and wait the 3-4 Business Days for a reply.
