***Resolved Issues***
  • "Login failed for unknown reason" error
  • Missing additional character slot for current/ lapsed Gold Members
  • Slow patching in the launcher
  • A bug that involved Romulan Liberated Borg captains and their skills once they chose an ally

Okay, I am going to start a Kilingong Tactical officer and wanted to know what skills I should go for.

As in? Traits? Boff skills? Culinary prowess?

His skills. I want him to be an in your face kind of character. And yeah, whya kind of Boffs should I look for? Culinary prowess!? Ha ha!

well the kdf has acess to the exact same boff skills as the federation. So really as far as in your face it would depend more on your ship choice. A bop can be set up any way you can imagine so its about the only unique thing on the KDF as fas as setups. Everything else free has an identical setup to ships found on the fed side.
