***Resolved Issues***
  • "Login failed for unknown reason" error
  • Missing additional character slot for current/ lapsed Gold Members
  • Slow patching in the launcher

Yes it is. But we will overcome it sooner or later. Also want to welcome all the new members to the fleet.
