***Resolved Issues***
  • "Login failed for unknown reason" error
  • Missing additional character slot for current/ lapsed Gold Members

My entry is Hunter@huntsman 11, followed by the entry from 2 other users.

Whenever anyone other than myself drags an item to display in the chat box, it always appears as common white. An example can be seen here: LINK

After hovering the cursor over it, the item then appears with the right rarity color, albeit its a different shade of purple than the items I drag to the box. This can be seen here: LINK

Other rarities are off-color from what I display when I post my items as well.

The fleet items that the other person posted are ultra-rare and therefore appear with a different shade of purple. Working as intended.

Not working as intended. No color is displayed at all initially, regardless of rarity.

He was referring to this post you made, yes it doesn't initially look the color it should but as your first post says you also thought this was a bug because it was a diff color purple as it is not, its a fleet advanced item and those have a diff color than the Very rare purples
