Last night I used the Foundry again for the first time proper, since season 6.
Very impressed! I like it very much. Many of the old quibbles had disappeared. In fact, the only issue I had was with importing maps, and I think it's safe to assume we're all having that problem.
Cryptic gets a lot of flack, but I like the way they do their interfaces (whereas I can't give certain other game companies enough flack for releasing half-finished games, because they know that the community will fix it, gamebreakers, exploit, interfaces and all - and I'm certain we all know who I mean.)
These 2 things had a huge impact on my Foundry experience last night:
1) The ability to group objects by click-dragging
2) The ability to place things before you actually create them
If I could choose between 'importing properly' and 'those 2 things just above', I would pick 'those 2 things'. And that's the world I get to live in!
The ability to just create the story and then fill in the blanks is the greatest gift. Well, okay, life is, but whatever.
