Same problems with my character Braxton@Scrambler. I've reached Diplomatic Rank 3 and 4 but i never got the abilities "grant diplomatic immunity" , "transwarp to Starbase 39-sierra" and "transwarp to ds9"

I wanted to post to establish that this issue is still broken for my character. I check once a week to see if there is any change. I do the sync up with Ferra at SFA, relog, and still nothing. I logged into Tribble as well and Transwarps/Diplo Immunity is also broken for my copied over character there.
I too have had this problem since STO went F2P. They will NEVER fix it. They will NEVER even identify the problem, much less patch their god-awful code. I think the problem steps from older characters not adapting to global changes they've made in the code which SCREWS us. In order words, they will NEVER fix this bug. They will never even identify it. I'm not sure how many players experience this bug, but it must be really be a minority because they will NEVER fix it if so.
