Sometimes the warp to starbase ability is not there even after a transwarp gate is built. (not even blacked out, just missing completely).

Ive seen it on different characters but it seems quite random as to when it happens as many other characters dot have it.

Anyone else seen this?

Yeah, Eridian had that happen. I used a respec and it worked normally.
