When STO first started, I went overboard and got a few of the different Pre-Orders.

The Atari Deluxe Digital Download Edition, Bestbuy, Amazon, and Gamestop.

Now, I have most the Pre-Orders listed under the Legacy Unlocks. I haven't realized until recently (after I created a KDF toon) that not everything was available under the Legacy Unlocks. It appears that the Amazon Pre-Order KDF Borg Bridge Officer and the Bestbuy Tarq are not there.

I did not have a KDF toon before the change, so there was no reason to claim them. Since I have one now, I would like to.

Am I wrong in thinking that these items are supposed to be still be available under the Legacy Unlocks for my KDF toon?

The Borg might be under Characters and the Targ might be under Pets. I would check there first, rather then just looking under Legacy. It might just be grouped funny in the C-Store screen. In fact check all the C-Store tabs. It could be anywhere by accident.

If they're not under any of the tabs in the C-Store then you will need to file a Support Ticket, as posting on the forum won't get the problem fixed for you. Only Support Tickets can do that.

All C-Store tabs were checked... they are available for me to buy for Zen, but none listed as available.

I wasn't looking to get the problem fixed with my original post. Just confirmation as to whether or not the items should be available to me (without spending Zen on them) in the C-Store. I figured I would ask here, and maybe someone had a similar situation, before I submitted the ticket.
