Was looking for a list of repeatable missions that would earn my Klingon some dilithium, and I read on the STO Wiki of a mission called 'We Need Breathing Room,' which from what I've found is basically the KDF equivalent of the Fed's 'To Boldly Go.' Problem is, I can't find this mission in my Available list, and the Wiki article hasn't been made yet- it's just on a list of dilithium missions.

So my question is- where do I go to pick up this mission? Have checked First City, the Academy, and Ganalda Station, but didn't see this on any of the NPCs.

Hit "J" look under the available tab and look under lieutenant Atonone

You have to complete one of the Star Cluster exploration tutorial missions for it to become available.
