So, I'm just trying to make my starship look decent inside, and I thought I'd pick up the Vivid bridge, since I like to color palate. However, when I try to visit, the carpet is the generic federation beige / grey, rather than the rich red seen in the pictures. What's up with that?

I raised a ticket on this months ago but its dissapeared into that singularity where all tickets go to die.....
Yeah, I'm not sure if cryptic actually receives my tickets at all. When I submit a ticket to a GM, it show up in the list of my tickets, and I can see if it's been read or anything. When I submit one to the help desk, though, it doesn't even show up, so yeah...
