A bug that involved Romulan Liberated Borg captains and their skills once they chose an ally
Assuming they had to pay big bucks to get it if they don't make the stats on the Vesta OP then it will not cover their costs
And Crytipc - giving it crappy stats but an amazing console - or 2 won't slide - most people will see right through.
Bare min it should have 3 univeral BO slots
really I think it should be the first to break 10 with 11 - 4/4/3 - console slots
a 12+ turn rate would be good to make use of those cannons up front

1.4 shield mod as a super sci ship
Its very probable that Cryptic will charge 3000 zen plus for the ship to cover the extra costs so it's even more important that the ship screams - "next level up - have to buy!"
