Like it's really straight forward guys. We're tired of second guessing what the Pandas will bring or the Critz or any other fleet brings to a match.
This is why the Critz are ok with it and why I think the Pandas should be to. Everyone else can either follow suit or just deal with the unfortunate status quo.
We make this agreement among ourselves and enjoy the benefits of it, and there's none of that jazz going on. It's that simple.
Mmmmm this turkey sandwich is really good, as is this thread. I find it fascinating that no one's caught onto this. We'll make no more attempts on figuring out HOW to beat teams, just make rules for them to follow!

Use the same builds, regulate what things people can do or cannot do if they're just playing in pugs, killing free time, and make sure everyone uses only 4 squares of toilet paper.

BMR, stop talking sense.

As I've mentioned, we've made these agreements before and they just lead to more animosity.
Edit: As far as our upcoming match is concerned. Just post what you guys would like us not to use... doffs, boff abilities, consoles, ships and/or sets, anything and we will adhere to it.
BMR... make me another sandwich, and bring a pepsi. HOW DARE YOU BRING LOGIC TO THIS CONVERSATION!!!
So... basically, the Pandas, if they're facing a premade for a scheduled match, then they'll abide by any terms that they've agreed to with the other side. But yet you NOW want them to abide by the rules YOUR fleet made? Make a thread dedicated to their evil ways when their standing policy is that they'll already fly tourney style against you in premades?
This thread has now most definitely run its course. Due to the large number of forum rules violations of one sort or another, mostly flaming and trolling but not exclusively, I'm closing this thread down.
It was going nowhere productive anyway, and I'm sorry I let it go this long.
For the record... Inter-Fleet Social Wars will not be allowed on the forums and there will be no "forum pvp". If you guys have issues, you'll need to find some other venue to work out your hostility.
I suggest (gasp! What a thought!)... Actual PvP matches!
