I still have the same in-game handle I had when I was a subscriber.

The linking forces you to have an account name that's different from your display name. If you make your account name the same as your old handle, then it makes you change your display name.

I did it the other way around. Got a new account name and kept my display name.

I tried linking my accounts and it either didnt work or i already did it long ago, either way i carnt tell if they are linked or if ive had the reward or not.
I look on the ingame store for the reward and its not listed at all, usually it says if youve had the reward or not but in this case the reward is not even listed in the items area.
Looks like no 5k dil for me which i could really use.

No, the Free to Play Q&A forum was "dropped" because it was causing confusion for new players who had game-related questions that should have been posted in the Academy forum or elsewhere.

I just linked my accounts and i dont know how to claim the items there where no instructions ive checked ingame for an email and my acct i dont see any option to "Claim" them on my account???
