I don't know if it has been suggested before, but it would be nice if the Autonomous Regeneration Sequencer was changed so it couldn't proc unless the hull was below a certain percentage...like how it works with the shield proc.

Sometimes can get annoying if a plasma torp dot or simple damage bleed through procs the regeneration, which effectively wastes a proc on a 1 minute cd.

So you want to make an OP set that is riddiculously easy to get even more powerful?

I think you'll find that the OP wants it nerfed, not buffed...

Its not really nerfed as he wants it stop start healing when you are at 98% hull damage.

I like the idea, but to be fair, that's the chance you take when you use Borg set in the first place. Random chance of getting your heals, it ALWAYS comes when you least expect it. Whether you need it or not is another story.

What I would like to see is some variation on that set, it is already geared toward science, a tactical and support version of the set would be great. I've seen other games do this with sets, have set pieces with different setups work together.
