tell me - how good is the color palette for that costume? Can you do fun colors? Is it considered off-duty? Can you dress BoFFs in it?

Full uniform colors, duty, can be mixed with KDF costume parts, and you can dress your Marauding/Diplomacy opposite faction BOffs in it.
