Becuase of battle Cloak I would think. Unless thats a typo.....
Yeah, I think that's what it comes down to, I had to do several takes there but the battle cloak does give some defensive benefit and I guess the shield reduction is to balance that out.

Love the stats. Hate the 4-nacelles. With the fury of a thousand suns, hate the 4-nacelles.
If you could take those stats, put it into a ship that looks more like a Sovereign or Excelsior (but smaller) and put that to the C-Store, I'd buy it in a heartbeat.
Was considering a LTS till I saw the 4-nacelles. :gag:

People can say what they will but for a KDF player needing about 399 days to go to get this I will be dreaming of this for a lil over a year before i hit my 1000th day LOL. That KDF one is awesome its a sooped up raptor with a battle cloak which is awesome. Wish a year and few months would fly by now rofl
Anyways good job on it Cryptic I'll be looking forward to the day I can get it unlocked. Would be nice if having an LTS would automatically let you pick it up though

What, so I've been a lifetime member from the beginning, and now some new lifetime member can get all the rewards right away that I earned over time? ... Works for me! That should bring in more lifetimers, and more cash for the game. I like it.
My KDF Tactical is drooling over the Peghqu'. That old Qin Raptor feels a little underclassed these days, and it will be nice to upgrade to a VA ship. At least one of my Federation characters will be using the new Chimera, I'm just not sure which one yet.
Is the fact it only has +5 innate power settings where every other ship has at least +15?
Or the fact that it only has 9 console slots even if you remove its special ability console?
How about the fact that you trade 2 turn rate and 15 weapon power for a measly 4k hull and 1 extra device slot compared to the old T5 Patrol escort?
Was this ship, that is inferior to almost every fleet ship / z-store ship / lockbox ship, supposed to be further proof that veterans are less important than people forking out loads of money?
