Change it back or cruisers will OFFICALY be 120% useless
Not for nothing, but isn't the entire notion of a "survivability skill having 100% uptime", broken in the first place? I've played quite a few MMOs over the past 10 years, and if there's one thing they all had in common, it's that survivability skills are generally used for short-duration preemptive protection against large amounts of damage. Emphasis on SHORT.
Perhaps a re-balancing of specific Healer skills may be in order, to allow Healer players to actually... HEAL? In the mean time, PVP is broken and will remain broken until the massive "PVP revamp" which is coming... later.
