The phaser is an Advanced Fleet Weapon, probably a Phaser Sniper Rifle.

It is a Elite fleet weapon. Full auto one... Forgot name I'm a studio photographer in life & decided to try some of my photoshop B&w tricks that I use for my customers. I thought it looked neat. Even enhanced & sharpened his eyes. But it's still all him with contrast effects, shadow effects & some other stuff.

Very good.

Like the rifle too. Didn't I read somewhere that there were images of all the fleet rifles?

They're in the display case on the wall of the Starbase Requisitions room.
