I understand that everyone hates these lockboxes but i just wanted to share on how to unlock the ship since i got it twice one for my mine character and another for my alt character so any way this is how i got mine

I first started of with by buying about 5000 zen which cost me about 37 ponds and then another for 2000 zen and then brought some 10 pack lockbox keys and by opening the boxes with the keys i got the wells-class ship

it only took about 5000 zen with about 40 lockbox keys to get the ship in my alt character

I'm not sure if this will work for everyone but just wanted tell you unless you had a different way of getting it?

I did the same thing. Spent $50 and got 5300 z. Plus my 500 stipend, I bought 48 keys. 4 10 packs and 8 individual keys.

Got nothing but $50 USD of junk....

Being born Irish doesn't give you an edge with the boxes.

I used just a 10 pack of keys and got 2 Mirror Assaults, a Mirror Deep Space Science, and a Mirror Recon. Plus various other junk.

Yeah, I went through probably a good 60 boxes trying to get a Dkora or a Wells to trade for a Dkora, so trust me, randomness is a mofo at times, in fact, most times.

I've gotten two Wells class ships so far, which is pretty odd for someone as unlucky as I usually am.

First one I got for psuedo-free. I traded in an old iPhone I still had at Gamestop and used the trade value to buy PWE zen cards. bought 50 keys and converted the rest to dilithium for the fleet starbase. Wells class was key #23.

Earlier this week I bought 28 keys with EC. Wells class was inside the last of the 28 lockboxes I opened.

Sold the first wells class last month. Sitting on the second one, hoping the prices go up or that someone will want to trade for a jem hadar ship when they come back out for the Winter Event.

I copied my character over to tribble after I got the first one and tried it out. Not really my cup of tea. I am a pretty big escort ship fan.

Thats why I want one of the jem hadar ships. I'm hoping either the price drops on them pretty sharply when they are re-introduced, or I would gladly trade someone my wells class. I also have a ferengi shuttle I can throw in to sweeten the deal.

I have to this day not won a single ship out of those bloody lockboxes. Just some usuless bonuses and a shipload of Gamma Quadrant DOFF's... And considering the prices of any of those ships on Exchange I'm never going to get one. I've been playing since Day1 and I never had more than 2.5mil at most. At least we lifers finally got a ship...

Some of the lockbox ships are (relatively) cheap on the exchange. If you want one, I would use your stipend and/or dilithium to buy c-store keys and then sell them on the exchange. Quick way to make enough bank to buy a ship.

I'm in the same boat you are buddy! Have friends who have either gotten 2-3 of the same ship or have at least 1 of each of the lockbox ships, but I haven't unlocked one. The only one I'm REALLY interested in is a Romulan lockbox if one is ever made so who knows... Maybe my luck is holding out for that one!
