You want to go back to the days of "LFG INFECTED GROUND LAST BOSS ROOM" spammed across the chat window?
And preytell, how is that any different than right now with the STF queues? Isn't that how people find groups for the Elite STFs? Or people on DS9 and ESD LFGs to do STFs (even in Normal queues).
New Queues, there really isn't anykind of socialzing. And practically the only conversation is regarding the STF itself or it going into insults where people are called "n00b" or other degrading comments.
Whereas the older STFs, people actually got to know one another (which friendships still remaining strong today).
If I had to choose, I pick old STFs over the new one, I'll lick the old STFs anyday of the week.
Legacy of Romulus? No, Lag-acy of Ran-u-Less.
I'm "That Guy".

Then get your group together via the chat system and make your own private instance and run it. Nothing in the current (or future Season 7 setup) is preventing you from doing justn that. I run STFs a lot; and I can count on one hand, the number of times I queued up in a Public queue to do one.

PWE Drone says, "Your STO community as you have known it is ended...Display names are irrelevant...Any further sense of community is irrelevant...Resistance is futile...You will be assimilated..."
If you get a crash, please give us the error number that displays in Cryptic's error handling program.
Thanks.
It doesn't generate an error number. All I got was, The GameClent.exe has stopped working. When I click, close program, there is no error report option, no "Oops", etc. It doesn't even ask me to force verify. However... I do notice on the load screen before getting the character screen that I get a warning in very small text in the bottom left-hand corner about something to do with shadowning. It disappears too fast to read.

Don't you think I do that already? Just that sometimes it's nice to do things outside of queues. Because if the game is nothing but queued events, then whats the reason to even leave Earth? This is Star Trek, where we go where "no man has gone before".
Regarding the color coded boffs in the U window.
It is a nice to see what quality your slotted boffs have. However the way chosen looks very amateur. Plus it is not actually needed in the list. It should be relocated into the individual boff screens i think. If it has to stay in the list, i think a better way would be a simple small color dot in the lower right of the name tap. Much less visual offensive.
It is now possible skip logout and go directly to character select!
A button has been added to the game menu to go to character selection.
The slash command is /GotoCharacterSelect.
While this feature is pure awesomeness and i was really waiting for that for a long time... could you guys take this opportunity to also fix the pvp logoff-before-death problem ?
Because having this command makes it actually easier/faster for people exploiting logout to avoid deaths in pvp, so what we need here is some mechanic that keeps people 15 seconds longer in the game after logging/disconnecting if they did so while under red alert.
Glad to see the Mugato mobs on the foundry now, but there's something new that wasn't put on the release notes that I saw. Foundry contacts can now be made to disappear! Thank you!
