We are aware there is a queue to log in at this time.
We're aware of a Skill Points issue some Romulans may be experiencing, as well as players not being able to delete mail, and are working towards a resolution.

Our intrepid executive producer Craig Zinkievich talked to AbleGamers today about how we take gamers with disabilities into consideration as we design Star Trek Online. Give the article a read here.
I would like to thank Craig for sharing the idea that us people with last names that puts us at the end can be late to class. That's always a useful trick.
Bajoran wormhole? WOOT! I was disappointed that DS9 almost exclusively ignored the Gamma Quadrant after the 3rd season, so here's to tearing up some Jem'Hadar.
ZinC being said that he's in controle of an imense Trek Universe is a responsibility. I find it curious the question of to have ST ppl still around in 2409 after all.
That was probably one of the worst email interviews I have ever read. Not quite sure what exactly that was supposed to accomplish, it conveyed very very little information, provided no "hype", the site thats hosting the article is hardly a "major" hub for people whom might not already know about the game(the site is so unprofessional that it actually still has the default joomla .ico which takes 5 minutes to change).
I guess my main question around this, is it possible for us to all have email interviews with the dev team as long as we have a domain, since that is what its seeming like with whos getting interviews recently.
well, at least there can't be an interview that sucked more than this one.
I understand the desire to want to help market the game to the disabled, but honestly, dont make interviews public to the rest of us. if someone with disabilities watches that site and sees your interview, great! i hope they will try out STO and enjoy it as much as I will. however, when its posted on the main page as a major interview, it just doesnt sit well with me.
I am someone who's not disabled, but not that well off financially, so I am likely to be playing this game on a laptop, and I am wondering, will the mouse controls be mappable, like the keyboard controls?
