Like I said in another thread : She is designed for canons and turrets.

Beam arrays seam to lose a lot of power. Even with boosters. Shields ( Borg ) seemed weaker as well.

Seemed sluggish turning and had trouble with the impulse engines. Weapons kept seeing to lag between recharges.

Flew it for about 2 hours, put her through some paces, dumped her for my T5 cruiser.

Just seems to be all bling-bling and no real substance. Just can't help thinking she was rushed or poorly thought out.

Others like her, but I just couldn't get on with it.

I'm hoping you're including DHCs under "canons and turrets." Don't use Borg engine nor shields w/this this. Use omega for both instead. W/an rcs and apo you'll be fine on turnrate. You need at most 1xACC weapons mod w/Tactical Mode. Use CritH and or CritD mods on your weapons. I think if you took the time to experiment w/different builds and options you'd find this is a very good raider/destroyer hybrid.
