I don't know why these of all things never been fixed since Season 6's launch.
KDF Cadet Inspection - There is always someone with a flaw that cannot be corrected.
Diplomat Escort - cannot complete if player zones into the Starbase too soon and cannot recall the diplomat ship AGAIN, even after zone reset 5+ minutes later.
