I have a few basic questions as we are trying to get our fleet functioning:

How do you know when to timetable the events? I don't see how you'd know when the extra fleet marks are being given out a week in advance.

Isn't there a defend starbase thing with your starbase - how'd we do that then?

What are fleet maps?

Any other stuff I'm missing?
