Slow patching in the launcher
A bug that involved Romulan Liberated Borg captains and their skills once they chose an ally
My ship doesn't have any impulse trails anymore... Or a warp out effect.
Is there a graphic setting that I may have inadvertently turned off by accident?
Any help would be appreciated!
The only "impulse effect" I know of comes from the engines of the Aegis set. Did you posibly change those out recently? If not press U goto your ship tab and right click on the engines, look for an "enable visuals" option
Certain set items have graphics that seem to overwrite the impulse trails with their own. If you turn off the visuals for those set items, you end up without even the default.
It's not usually a problem, although there are times when the lack of a visual speed indicator leaves me unable to determine how fast I'm moving.
From my playing with the settings, it's the "vfx quality" that affects the appearance of trails (except Aegis, Borg and Breen that seem to appear all the time, unless disabled manually on the engine itself).
If you choose "high", trails will appear. Any lower quality won't show them.
Note that the change in trails appearing and disappeaing takes effect after logging out/back in.
