Yeah, I've been rambling on about this in the Boff forum. I've more or less given up on Cryptic actually doing anything about it, although I continue to check each new set of patch notes in frustrated hope. On the grand list of STO bugs, I'd have thought this was a relatively easy fix, but what do I know?
Marauder Bridge Officers are broken, can you fix them please Cryptic?

Why are Diplomacy Officers bound to character now?

Yeah it shows how much effort they put into the KDF.
