Not sure if this is a bug or just my lack of playing the game seriously for 2 years. I tried to join some fleet members in the Nukara system for the extra fleet marks event. I went to where the system was on my map and was unable to enter it. Do I have to be level 50 to enter or is there some required quest I have to do?
