Recently, I bought the set of TOS episodes that I found out came with a code for this game. A code for some kind of exclusive uniform from Wrath of Khan, I believe. It instructs to go to your account management screen and enter the code in the designated area. But when I went to my account screen, I found no link to "Account Management", and when I looked it up on Google and followed the link, a maintenence screen came up. I'm sure this is a problem with my accout being of Cryptic origin when the game is now part of this new company, Perfect World. If anyone has a way to enter the code a different way, or a way to access Account Manangement for Cryptic accouts, please let me know. I'll be grateful for any information.
Go to the main website and log in. Then go to Support on the website, not in Account Management, and click on Redeem Key. That gives you a box to enter your code. As long as you're logged into the website it automatically gets added to your account.

I tried that when I first saw that Account Management was down. It said that the code was not recognized, but I think that's because the "Redeen Key" section is for redeeming game codes, not bonus items.
I'm looking for a way to unlock the "Wrath of Kahn Admiral's Uniform" if that helps at all.
The section under Redeem Key clearly states Promotional Items:

A key is a unique 25 character alpha-numeric code which may be used to redeem a promotional item, subscription, C-Store Points, or to activate a retail copy of Star Trek Online.
It's possible your Code is no longer valid. I'd submit a Ticket about it and wait for a reply.
