Exchange is coming with one of the upgrades to your Embassy!

I think they might do a similar thing with Dabo / other games, create a completely new Fleet holding that you can go to "Fleet Operated Casino!"

Agreed. They have NPCs playing poker at ESD and u cant play poker in the game. More people would hang around club 47 or their fleet starbase if there was more to do.
