i dont play klingon. but how about refitting the neg var like it was in ds9 episode where it attacked ds9 with a very powerful disruptor discharge from below almost like a shot gun disruptor shot fro,m below? it would be cool and give klingons their own version of dreadnought .

There were some suggestions of doing similar to counter the Regent with a C-Store Neg'Var, but KDF side hasn't seen a C-Store ship since the Bortas line...

Do something like that, and instead of a 'disruptor lance' (which the Guramba and Bortasqu already have versions of), give it a beam weapon of some kind with DBB damage and a 180 arc similar to the wide-angle Quantum Torp of the Regent. Could be either just a plain wide-angle DBB, or the fabled Heavy Beam Array. How many people would buy it just for that weapon, to then put it on their BoPs and Qins and combine with Overload?
