I think they gave it a lower hull because of all the console abilities that reflect/absorb damage

So all hanger pets do this?

Also will this make its way to tribble to be tested or are you going to skip that as you always do?

No, most hanger pets appear out of thin air, with a general launching animation... but clearly the Vesta has a new animation
