Alright...I am playing around with a respec right now, and I would like some advice. Pretty simple and straight forward.
Lets say, hypothetically speaking, I have an aux power level of 25, but various buffs and skills are improving the aux skill to 45.
So, if I was to learn warp core efficiency, would the power improvement offered by WCE be calculated based on my base power level (25) or the final buffed power level (of 45).
