It would be nice to hire Boothby at the Starfleet Academy to clean all the trees from the walkways

I suggest also if running thru water, grass etc to receive penalties.

Also.. Remove Starfleet event from inside the academy.. it is really annoying while working on exchange or similar

I think Boothby is dead or at least retired since he was old in TNG and its been at least 30 years since then.

Memory Alpha has confirmed that Boothby died in 2382 so if we want Boothby ingame, then it will have to be a Holo.

The thing about a Holo Boothby is you are talking about likeness rights. And then presenting him in a positive light.

As much as I like the character, I think it would be better if we had a new character that acted as Boothby's apprentice (passing on the torch). Could be a former Starfleet Academy student who got attached to the grounds keeper and took up the reigns when he passed on.
