I did both Hive missions (space/ground) with 4 other people in my fleet, when it was completed, only one person got the rewards for completion.

I seriously hope this is fixed or it'd make running STFs a bit tedious to get Omega Marks.

it's mostly a bug, as for onslaught the end is scanning for escape pods. only the one person who completes this part gets rewarded. so it has to be a bug.
