"Login failed for unknown reason" error
Missing additional character slot for current/ lapsed Gold Members
Slow patching in the launcher
A bug that involved Romulan Liberated Borg captains and their skills once they chose an ally
Some characters were stuck in a loading screen with a "Server Not Responding" message
Personally when there are two or more ships spewing out these things I just get on with doff mission frankly. There's no point to it, and post-s7 literally 4/5 ships will be doing it.
And what do the devs do - they buff the danube's. Sigh.
Danubes + Energy Syphon = the ultimate crutch in pvp. I don't give these people the grace of an effort.
Just warped out of an arena. Yes folks - left. I had stopped counting at 36 holds. (and that's with specs vs. TB....)

There have been complaints about them since they came out. But the Devs dont give a s*** about pvp, as long as the care bears are happy nothing eles matters. If they do buff the Danoobs it will be the final straw for a lot of people.

Well according to a recent podcast featuring a dev., someone mentioned that the CD was reduced.
Though I could be starting a rumor. Read it somewhere. Could be wrong.

I think your recollection here is a little jaded.
"When they first came out", the tractor spam complaints where listened to and the devs moved to address them. I guess it shows that they care a little for pvp. Given that precedent, isn't it reasonable they would move to address it again if the same community consensus of complaint resurfaces?

This is intended to be an improvement... until this patch the Runabouts would all lock down a single target in simultaneous Tractor Beams, completely preventing their escape thru any means other than Polarize Hull. With this change, a single Tractor Beam can potentially be overcome through countermeasures such as Engine Batteries, Emergency Power to Engines, Evasive Maneuvers, etc.
Additionally, please keep in mind that this is a temporary fix. A band-aid solution to an AI issue that has been corrected in our upcoming code branch. Smarter AI won't require this artificial limitation, and we can work on a more elegant solution when that code is live

for example... a runabout puts a tractor beam on the Bortas. Shouldn't the Bortas drag the runabout around through space, since the Bortas is like 100x bigger, and has the engine power to compensate?
I don't know how hard that would be to do, but it would make things a lot more believable if a runabout (or even an escort) can't stop a big cruiser dead in its tracks.

I guess there's no better place to put this other than to say that Polarize Hull is not a full immunity to a t-beam's hold, even though it ironically (compared to APO) claims to do the full works in the tooltip. I don't know which is supposed to be the correct functionality, but I'd prefer that it worked as advertised since without the TB-hard-counter factor, it's just a plain resist buff.
When the Danubes originally came out you were instantly held by 4 tractor beams which, as has already been noted, made PH pretty useless and even made Omega rather jumpy. So they split the 4 Tractor Beams to be staggered, rather than four simultaneous holds. Unfortunately, this just meant that there were 3 additional holds that basically chain. It became an unintended buff like when the Intrepid's Ablative Armor was changed from 30 seconds every five minutes to 15 seconds every two and a half minutes.
These things are ridiculous and their earlier fix, while well intentioned, missed the mark.
Hull Strength: 28,000 (was 27,800)
Base Turn Rate: 12 degrees per second (was 13)
Aux Phaser Dual Heavy Cannons Mk XII [Acc]x2 [Dmg] (may only be equipped on a Multi-Mission Science Vessel) (was [Acc] [Dmg]x2)
Also, the cooldown between uses of Tractor Beam on Danube Carrier Pets will be drastically increased.
NOTE: The stats in the blog and above are still subject to change as focus testing continues
Cheers,

Hale said it best.. they never really got fixed in the first place. chaining 4 TBs is no better then them having all 4 on you at once.
